VARIOCON Industry Fitting
The extremely robust industrial fitting is used for pressure circuits. The pH or redox electrodes can be installed, removed or adjusted during operation.
The VARIOCON industriy fitting can be used trouble free for pressures up to 6 bar. The electrode connections are safely separated from the medium in the pipeline. Welded sockets made of PP/PE or stainless steel are used to adapt to structural conditions during the installation.
The electrode can be removed, cleaned and calibrated without interrupting the operating pressure. To do this, the measuring piston including the electrode moves back and closes on the side opposite of the medium. After calibration, the measuring piston is moves back into the system and resumes its measuring task. There are several different welded sockets to choose from for installation in pipelines.
All parts of the fitting that come into contact with the medium are made of stainless steel and are suitable for a temperature range of -10 to +130 °C.
